Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu, biosyntezy nanocząstek krzemionki z wykorzystaniem biokatalizatora. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że jako biokatalizator stosuje się liście osłon z kolb kukurydzy oraz świeżą biomasę F. culmorum jako biokatalizatora w siedmio-dniowym procesie biotransformacji i otrzymuje się sferyczne nanocząstki krzemionki o rozmiarze od 40 do 70 nm. Otrzymane nanocząstki znajdują zastosowanie w przemyśle biomedycznym oraz farmaceutycznym jako nośnik genów, białek, leków, środków obrazujących oraz jako biosensor.The application relates to a biosynthesis method of silica nanoparticles using a biocatalyst. This method is characterized by the fact that as a biocatalyst, corncob leaves and fresh biomass of F. culmorum are used as a biocatalyst in a seven-day biotransformation process, and spherical silica nanoparticles of 40 to 70 nm are used. The obtained nanoparticles are used in the biomedical and pharmaceutical industries as a carrier of genes, proteins, drugs, imaging agents and as a biosensor.
