Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wzbogacania, uszlachetniania tworzyw polimerowych w procesie wtrysku i wytłaczania tworzyw sztucznych zwłaszcza polipropylenu (PP), polietylenu o niskiej gęstości (PELD), polietylenu o wysokiej gęstości (PEHD), elastomeru termoplastycznego (TPE), charakteryzujący się tym, że do tworzywa sztucznego w postaci granulatu dodaje mieszankę dodatków fosforescencyjnych, po czym zmieszane składniki poddaje procesowi mieszania i uplastyczniania, następnie uplastycznione tworzywo w określonej dawce objętościowej, dobrane w zależności od wagi wyrobu, doprowadza do formy w powtarzających się cyklach, po czym chłodzi formę w pionie i poziomie, wodą, przy czym w czasie cyklu chłodzenia prowadzi jednocześnie proces obtryskiwania podstawowego produktu, elastycznym tworzywem z domieszką mieszanki fluorescencyjnej, przy czym przed wtryśnięciem do formy tworzywa w momencie gdy forma jest otwarta następuje pobranie naelektryzowanej etykiety, która zostaje umieszczona w formie za pomocą impulsu elektrycznego, wysokonapięciowego, zaś po dodaniu etykiety formę zamyka się i następuje kolejny wtrysk.The subject of the application is a method of enriching and refining polymers in the process of injection and extrusion of plastics, especially polypropylene (PP), low-density polyethylene (PELD), high-density polyethylene (PEHD), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), characterized by the fact that plastic in the form of granules, a mixture of phosphorescent additives is added, then the mixed components are subjected to the process of mixing and plasticizing, then plasticized plastic in a specific volumetric dose, selected depending on the weight of the product, is fed to the mold in repeated cycles, then it cools the mold vertically and level, with water, while during the cooling cycle it simultaneously overspums the basic product with a flexible material with an admixture of a fluorescent mixture, and before injecting into the plastic mold, when the mold is open, the electrified label is removed and placed in the foil rmie by means of an electric, high voltage impulse, and after adding the label, the mold closes and another injection takes place.
