Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania materiału porowatego z tworzywa termoplastycznego i środka porującego w postaci ciała stałego, metodą wtryskiwania porującego z zastosowaniem wtryskarki ślimakowej oraz formy wtryskowej jedno lub wielogniazdowej charakteryzuje się tym, że z dozownika głównego do układu uplastyczniającego zasypuje się polipropylen izotaktyczny w ilości od 98,5 do 99,8% wag., korzystnie 99,4% wag., zaś z dozownika bocznego zasypuje się do układu uplastyczniającego wtryskarki środek porujący w postaci ciała stałego w ilości od 0,2 do 1,5% wag., korzystnie 0,6% wag. Następnie w układzie uplastyczniającym miesza się polipropylen i środek porujący, następnie nagrzewa się wymieszane tworzywo i środek porujący w układzie uplastyczniającym do temperatury w pierwszej strefie grzejnej od 130°C do 190°C, w drugiej strefie od 140 do 200°C, w trzeciej strefie od 150 do 230°C, w czwartej strefie od 165 do 250°C, po czym wtryskuje się mieszaninę tworzywa i środka porującego do formy wtryskowej w czasie od 2 do 4 s, a następnie chłodzi się materiał porowaty znajdujący się w formie, za pomocą cieczy chłodzącej, krążącej w obiegu zamkniętym w formie wtryskowej, w czasie od 20 do 35 s, korzystnie 30 s. Then, in the plasticizing system, polypropylene and the blowing agent are mixed, then the mixed plastic and the blowing agent in the plasticizing system are heated to the temperature in the first heating zone from 130 ° C to 190 ° C, in the second zone from 140 to 200 ° C, in the third zone from 150 to 230 ° C, in the fourth zone from 165 to 250 ° C, after which a mixture of plastic and blowing agent is injected into the injection mold in a time of 2 to 4 s, and then the porous material in the mold is cooled with cooling liquid circulating in a closed circuit in an injection mold for 20 to 35 s, preferably 30 s. The subject of the application is also a profile made of a porous material, consisting of a solid outer layer and a porous core.
