Sposób wytwarzania kompozycji polimerowej w procesie wtryskiwania mikroporującego charakteryzuje się tym, że do układu uplastyczniającego wtryskarki posiadającego cztery strefy grzejne, zasypuje się mieszaninę polipropylenu w ilości od 87,5% do 93,5%, środka mikroporującego w postaci mikrosfer o egzotermicznej charakterystyce rozkładu w ilości od 1,5% do 2,5%, mikrocząstek żelaza w postaci proszku w ilości od 2,5% do 5%, oraz mikrocząstek miedzi w postaci proszku w ilości od 2,5% do 5%, po czym nagrzewa się powstałą mieszaninę do temperatury w strefie pierwszej 200°C, w strefie drugiej 210°C, w strefie trzeciej 220°C, w strefie czwartej 230°C. Następnie wtryskuje się mieszaninę w czasie 5 s do formy wtryskowej o temperaturze 25°C pod ciśnieniem 100 MPa, po czym chłodzi się mieszaninę w formie wtryskowej w czasie 25 s.The method of producing the polymer composition in the process of microporous injection is characterized by the fact that the plasticizing system of the injection molding machine having four heating zones is filled with a mixture of polypropylene in an amount of 87.5% to 93.5%, a microporous agent in the form of microspheres with exothermic distribution characteristics in the amount from 1.5% to 2.5%, iron microparticles in the form of a powder from 2.5% to 5%, and copper microparticles in the form of a powder from 2.5% to 5%, after which the resulting mixture is heated to the temperature in the first zone 200 ° C, in the second zone 210 ° C, in the third zone 220 ° C, in the fourth zone 230 ° C. The mixture is then injected within 5 s into the injection mold at 25 ° C at 100 MPa, after which the mixture is cooled in the injection mold during 25 s.
