Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest metoda i urządzenie do osuszania różnego rodzaju granulatu, w szczególności materiałów przeznaczonych do spalania w urządzeniach grzewczych, w tym węgla kamiennego, ekogroszku, drewna niemalowanego i nieimpregnowanego, pelletu, agropelletu, brykietu, jak również materiałów sypkich w postaci piasków oraz kruszyw. Metoda i urządzenie charakteryzują się tym, że odparowywanie wilgoci z materiałów sypkich lub granulatów stosowanych w urządzeniach grzewczych przeprowadzane jest za pomocą podgrzanego powietrza, uzyskiwanego poprzez elektryczny element grzejny (grzałkę elektryczną) lub przewód grzejny (wężownicę wodną) lub przewód grzejny elektryczny. Budowa urządzenia pozwala na jego instalację w pomieszczeniach o niewielkich rozmiarach -urządzenie składa się z dwóch komór: otwartej komory głównej oraz tzw. drugiego dna (2), korpus urządzenia wyposażony został w cztery nogi wykonane z kątowników z gumowymi podstawami, w komorze głównej na całej powierzchni znajdują się otwory, z kolei pod komorą główną znajduje się tzw. drugie dno (2), do którego zamontowano wentylator (4), przy czym krawędzie korpusu urządzenia połączone są ze skierowanymi ku górze prostokątnymi bokami, a jeden prostokątny bok ma prostokątne wycięcie (6), w którym przesuwnie osadzono zatyczkę (7), natomiast na zewnątrz boku przed zatyczką (7) znajduje się korytko do usuwania zawartości z urządzenia, na stałe do drugiego dna (2) zamontowany jest przewód grzejny elektryczny, wyposażony w sterownik wraz z termostatem, ewentualnie na stałe do drugiego dna (2) zamontowany jest elektryczny element grzejny (grzałka elektryczna) (12) połączony z ręcznym sterownikiem temperatury (13), bądź na stałe do drugiego dna (2) zamontowana jest wężownica wodna (przewód grzejny), połączona z zaworem przepływowym do regulacji przepływu czynnika grzewczego, konstrukcja urządzenia wyposażona jest ponadto w wentylator (4) zamontowany do syfonu, umieszczonego pod drugim dnem (2) oraz w regulator czasowy 24 h, montowany do wentylatora (4).The subject of the invention is a method and a device for drying various types of granulate, in particular materials intended for combustion in heating devices, including hard coal, eco-pea coal, unpainted and unimpregnated wood, pellets, agro-pellets, briquettes, as well as loose materials in the form of sands and aggregates. The method and the device are characterized in that the evaporation of moisture from loose materials or granules used in heating devices is carried out by means of heated air, obtained through an electric heating element (electric heater) or a heating cable (water coil) or electric heating cable. The construction of the device allows it to be installed in small rooms - the device consists of two chambers: an open main chamber and the so-called the second bottom (2), the body of the device is equipped with four legs made of angle brackets with rubber bases, the main chamber has holes on the entire surface, and the so-called the second bottom (2), to which the fan (4) is mounted, where the edges of the device body are connected to the upward rectangular sides, and one rectangular side has a rectangular cutout (6), in which the plug (7) is slidably mounted outside the front of the plug (7) there is a channel for removing content from the device, an electric heating cable is permanently mounted to the second bottom (2), equipped with a controller with a thermostat, or an electric element is permanently mounted to the second bottom (2) heating (electric heater) (12) connected to the manual temperature controller (13), or permanently to the second bottom (2) a water coil (heating cable) is connected, connected with a flow valve to regulate the flow of the heating medium, the device design is also equipped with a fan (4) mounted to the siphon, located under the second bottom (2) and with a 24-hour timer, mounted on the o fan (4).
