Abstract

The present utility model relates a tilted hot-air fish dryer apparatus using heat sensor. This apparatus composed of five main parts namely: chamber, furnace, frame, chimney and tilted heat exchanger. A heat sensor was placed inside the chamber to monitor the temperature to control the feeding of fuel. There are four layers inside the chamber and was the batch type or tray type where fish was placed. The dryer has tilted heat exchanger. The said apparatus use fans were placed in the lower side of the furnace, act upon as a blower while the other was placed in the upper portion, and operate as a blower for the said heat exchanger. When the blower on the upper portion of the furnace run the air it blows goes directly to the said heat exchanger and produces a hot air to the chamber which was the air to dry the fish.
