Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest suszarnia pofermentu przeznaczona do suszenia pofermentu otrzymywanego z biogazowni wyposażonej w układ kogeneracji, do odwadniania pofermentu powstającego z fermentacji beztlenowej. Suszarnia zawiera obudowę, we wnętrzu której w dolnej części zamocowany jest rurowy wał mieszająco - transportujący, napędzany motoreduktorem i wyposażony w promieniowo rozmieszczone elementy mieszające, przy czym w górnej części obudowy umieszczone są wloty i wyloty dla gazowego czynnika suszącego, a ponadto zawiera połączenia z podajnikiem pofermentu oraz przenośnikiem odbierającym wysuszony poferment. Suszarnia charakteryzuje się tym, że dno suszarni ma kształt stromej pochylni (3), która w dolnej części jest zagięta na kształt rynny, w której obraca się wirujący wał mieszająco - transportujący (5), przy czym w górnej części pochylni (3) od strony przenośnika (4) odbierającego wysuszony poferment, usytuowany jest kosz odbierający (3.1), połączony z przenośnikiem odbierającym (4).The subject of the application is a digestate dryer for drying digestate obtained from a biogas plant equipped with a cogeneration system, for dewatering digestate resulting from anaerobic digestion. The dryer comprises a casing, inside which, in its lower part, a tubular mixing and transporting shaft is mounted, driven by a gear motor and equipped with radially arranged mixing elements, in which in the upper part of the casing there are inlets and outlets for the gaseous drying agent, and also has connections with the feeder digestate and a conveyor for collecting the dried digestate. The dryer is characterized by the fact that the bottom of the dryer has the shape of a steep ramp (3), which is bent in the shape of a gutter in the lower part, in which the rotating mixing and transport shaft (5) rotates, while in the upper part of the ramp (3) from the side on the dried digestate receiving conveyor (4), there is a receiving hopper (3.1) connected to the receiving conveyor (4).
