Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania materiałów odniesienia dla stopów cynku w gatunku ZA8 i ZA12 na serię certyfikowanych materiałów odniesienia, za pomocą pieca indukcyjnego tyglowego, polegający na wtapianiu do czystego cynku dodatkowych pierwiastków, charakteryzuje się tym, że do pieca wsaduje się cynk i roztapia go w tyglu grafitowym i przegrzewa do temperatury 680°C, wtapia się kolejno stop wstępny w gatunku ZnCu15 aluminium, magnez i antymon i miesza prętem grafitowym przez 10 do 15 minut, po czym obniża się temperaturę kąpieli do 500°C i wtapia się kolejno ołów, kadm, cynę i bizmut i tak wytworzoną kąpiel metalową miesza się prętem grafitowym przez 10 do 15 minut i po wystudzeniu do temperatury w zakresie 460 - 470 °C odlewa się do zimnej kokili żeliwnej.The subject of the application is a method of producing reference materials for zinc alloys of the ZA8 and ZA12 grades for a series of certified reference materials, using a crucible induction furnace, which consists in fusing additional elements into pure zinc, characterized by the fact that zinc is charged into the furnace and melted in graphite crucible and overheating to a temperature of 680 ° C, a pre-alloy of ZnCu15, aluminum, magnesium and antimony is successively melted and mixed with a graphite rod for 10 to 15 minutes, then the bath temperature is reduced to 500 ° C and lead, cadmium are melted successively , tin and bismuth and the thus prepared metal bath are stirred with a graphite rod for 10 to 15 minutes and, after cooling down to a temperature in the range of 460 - 470 ° C, poured into a cold cast iron mold.
