Abstract
Oporowe łożyskowanie magnetyczne wałka, zawierające obudowę, pokrywę, wałek zakończony czopem, tulejkę z tarczą oporową, pierścieniowe i walcowe magnesy trwałe spolaryzowane osiowo oraz panewki porowate, w którym tulejka (3) z tarczą oporową (3a) osadzona jest na czopie końcowym (1a) wałka (1), a tarcza oporowa (3a) położona jest w środkowej części tulejki (3) i umieszczona z luzem w górnym gnieździe (2a) obudowy (2), zamkniętej od góry pokrywą (4), przy czym w tarczy oporowej (3a) wykonane są, rozmieszczone obwodowo, otwory, w których umocowane są walcowe magnesy trwałe (7), a we wnękach wykonanych na odpowiednich powierzchniach czołowych obudowy (2) i pokrywy (4), położonych nad i pod tarczą oporową (3a) tulejki (3), umieszczone są pierścieniowe magnesy trwałe (5, 6), przy czym walcowe magnesy trwałe (7) w tarczy oporowej (3a) tulejki (3) ustawione są naprzeciwko pierścieniowych magnesów trwałych (5, 6) w obudowie (2) i w pokrywie (4) biegunami jednoimiennymi N-N i S-S, zaś pomiędzy powierzchniami czołowymi tarczy oporowej (3a) tulejki (3), a odpowiednimi powierzchniami czołowymi obudowy (2) i pokrywy (4) utworzone są płaskie szczeliny powietrzne „a”, a w dolnym cylindrycznym gnieździe (2b) obudowy (2) i otworze pokrywy (4) osadzone są nieruchomo panewki porowate (8, 9), w których umieszczone są walcowe końce tulejki (3) z tarczą oporową (3a).Magnetic thrust bearing of the shaft, including housing, cover, shaft with a journal, sleeve with a thrust disc, ring and cylindrical permanent magnets axially polarized and porous bushings, in which the sleeve (3) with the thrust disc (3a) is mounted on the end journal (1a) shaft (1), and the thrust disc (3a) is located in the central part of the sleeve (3) and placed with some play in the upper seat (2a) of the housing (2), closed from the top with a cover (4), and in the thrust disc (3a ) there are holes arranged circumferentially in which cylindrical permanent magnets (7) are fixed, and in the recesses made on the respective front surfaces of the housing (2) and cover (4), located above and below the thrust disc (3a), the sleeves (3 ), ring permanent magnets (5, 6) are placed, while the cylindrical permanent magnets (7) in the thrust disc (3a) of the sleeve (3) are opposite the ring permanent magnets (5, 6) in the casing (2) and in the cover ( 4) like poles N-N and S-S, and between the front surfaces of the thrust plate (3a), the sleeve (3) and the corresponding front surfaces of the housing (2) and cover (4) there are flat air gaps "a", and in the lower cylindrical seat (2b ) of the housing (2) and the opening of the cover (4) porous bushings (8, 9) are immobile, in which the cylindrical ends of the sleeve (3) with the thrust disc (3a) are placed.
