Abstract

Proponowane rozwiązanie przewiduje nową konstrukcję suszarni sublimacyjnej, charakteryzuje się tym, że wewnątrz komory desublimacyjnej (1) zabudowana zostaje izolowana termicznie komora sublimacyjna (2). Dzięki temu rozwiązaniu, podczas realizacji procesu suszenia w obu komorach panuje takie samo ciśnienie (głęboka próżnia), ale w inny sposób możliwa jest kontrola temperatur w komorach. Z tego powodu nie ma potrzeby budowy dwóch oddzielnych zbiorników ciśnieniowych, co znacząco upraszcza konstrukcję suszarni, zmniejszanej wymiary oraz zwiększa efektywność realizowanego procesu suszenia. Dodatkowo, przewiduje się zastosowanie automatycznie sterowanych zaworów (klap) w izolacji (4) co pozwoli na utrzymanie podwyższonej temperatury wewnątrz komory produktowej oraz intensyfikację eksfiltracji wilgoci do komory desublimacyjnej. Dzięki temu, intensywność procesu sublimacji można dodatkowo zwiększyć ogrzewając produkt (np. poprzez ogrzewane półki, promienniki podczerwieni lub emitory mikrofalowe) bez szkodliwego podwyższania temperatury w komorze desublimacyjnej.The proposed solution provides for a new design of the sublimation dryer, characterized by the fact that a thermally insulated sublimation chamber (2) is built inside the desublimation chamber (1). Thanks to this solution, during the drying process, the pressure in both chambers is the same (deep vacuum), but it is possible to control the temperatures in the chambers in a different way. For this reason, there is no need to build two separate pressure tanks, which significantly simplifies the structure of the dryer, reduces dimensions and increases the efficiency of the drying process. Additionally, it is planned to use automatically controlled valves (flaps) in the insulation (4), which will allow to maintain an increased temperature inside the product chamber and intensify the exfiltration of moisture into the desublimation chamber. As a result, the intensity of the sublimation process can be further increased by heating the product (e.g. by heated shelves, infrared heaters or microwave emitters) without adversely increasing the temperature in the desublimation chamber.
