Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozytowy materiał przeznaczony do zastosowania w przemyśle obuwniczym, zwłaszcza na wkładki do obuwia. Materiał ten składa się z trzech warstw włókninowych z włókien z polilaktydu, z których warstwy zewnętrzne stanowią warstwy włókniny wykonanej metodą spod filiery, zaś warstwę wewnętrzną stanowi włóknina igłowana, przy czym warstwy włókniny są połączone ze sobą klejem odzieżowym metodą prasowania warstw. Warstwa wewnętrzna jest wykonana z włókien odcinkowych.The subject of the application is a composite material intended for use in the footwear industry, in particular for footwear insoles. This material consists of three non-woven layers of polylactide fibers, the outer layers of which are layers of a non-woven fabric made from under the filament method, and the inner layer is a needle-punched non-woven fabric, the non-woven layers are joined together by a clothing glue by pressing the layers. The inner layer is made of staple fibers.
