Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania lakieru dyspersyjnego do wykonywania powłok lakierowych o wysokiej odporności na działanie olejków eterycznych zawierającego jako bazę, wodną dyspersję poliuretanową, polegający na tym, że do mieszalnika zaopatrzonego w płaszcz wodny i mieszadło szybkoobrotowe dozuje się od 59% do 60% m/m dyspersji poliuretanowej o zawartości substancji aktywnej od 30 do 35% m/m, w której polimer uretanowy jest modyfikowany silikonem, po czym zawartość podgrzewa się do temperatury od 30°C do 35°C i całość miesza się a w trakcie ciągłego mieszania dodaje się kolejno: od 0,1% do 1,0% m/m emulsji kopolimeru polieterosiloksanu w wodzie o zawartości suchej masy od 20% do 25% m/m, od 0,05% do 0,3% m/m środka o silnym działaniu redukującym napięcie powierzchniowe w postaci polidimetylosiloksanu modyfikowanego polieterem, 0,04% do 0,15% m/m, korzystnie 0,1% m/m biocydu w postaci dyspersji zawierającej substancje czynne: metyloizotiazolinon i jodopropynylobutylo-karbaminian(karbaminian 3-jodo-2-propynylobutylu) zmieszane w stosunku 3:1, przy czym zwiększa się obroty mieszadła i mieszaninę homogenizuje się a następnie dodaje się wodę zdemineralizowaną w ilości wynikającej z udziału dodatków a kolejno dozuje od 0,01% do 0,5% m/m zmikronizowanej krzemionki po czym wstępnie zhomogenizowaną mieszaninę poddaje się procesowi kawitacji a po przejściu mieszaniny przez kawitator schładza się ją dynamicznie do temperatury od 10°C do 15°C.The subject of the application is a method of producing dispersion varnish for the implementation of varnish coatings with high resistance to the effects of essential oils containing as a base a polyurethane water dispersion, consisting in the addition of 59% to 60% m / to a mixer equipped with a water jacket and high-speed mixer m of polyurethane dispersion with an active substance content of 30 to 35% m / m, in which the urethane polymer is modified with silicone, after which the content is heated to a temperature of 30 ° C to 35 ° C and the whole is mixed and during continuous mixing is added successively : from 0.1% to 1.0% m / m emulsion of a polyether siloxane copolymer in water with a dry matter content from 20% to 25% m / m, from 0.05% to 0.3% m / m of a strong agent reducing surface tension in the form of polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane, 0.04% to 0.15% m / m, preferably 0.1% m / m biocide in the form of a dispersion containing the active substances: methylis otiazolinone and iodopropynylbutyl carbamate (3-iodo-2-propynylbutyl carbamate) mixed in a 3: 1 ratio, the agitator speed is increased and the mixture is homogenized and then demineralized water is added in the amount resulting from the additive content, followed by dosing from 0, 01% to 0.5% m / m of micronized silica, after which the pre-homogenised mixture is subjected to the cavitation process and after passing the mixture through the cavitator it is cooled dynamically to a temperature from 10 ° C to 15 ° C.
