Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie i sposób do adiabatycznego chłodzenia wody oraz zapobiegania rozwojowi zanieczyszczeń na wymienniku ciepła wieży chłodniczej, gdzie wieża chłodnicza zawierająca układ wentylatora (17), wymiennik ciepła (5), system zraszania wymiennika (3), spust wody (11) wyposażony w zawór (13), układ uzupełniania wody przy pomocy rurociągu (10) wyposażonego w pompę (16) gdzie stacja przygotowania (1) gazu połączona jest rurociągiem gazu (6) z generatorem mikro nano pęcherzy (2), który połączony jest do źródła wody (4) przy pomocy rurociągu (12), gdzie generator mikro nano pęcherzy (2) połączony jest rurociągiem (7) z systemem zraszania wieży chłodniczej (3), a wymiennik ciepła (5) pokryty jest powłoką o ujemnym ładunku zeta.
