Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób produkcji cienkościennych form ceramicznych do odlewania precyzyjnego. Sposób polega na tym, że wykonany z tworzywa termoplastycznego model otacza się warstwami formierskiej masy ceramicznej, które suszy się poddając je działaniu mikrofal po czym formę poddaje się wypalaniu. Warstwy formierskiej masy ceramicznej poddaje się działaniu mikrofal w ten sposób, że w czasie suszenia każdej warstwy generator mikrofal włącza się cyklicznie na przemian z przerwami na odparowanie wody. Modele do produkcji form wykonuje się z tworzywa termoplastycznego o porowatej strukturze, przy wypełnieniu struktury modelu 3 - 20%, przy zachowaniu ciągłych warstw wierzchnich modelu. Wypalanie formy prowadzi się etapowo zależnie od użytego do wykonania modelu materiału termoplastycznego.The subject of the application is a method for producing thin-walled ceramic molds for precision casting. The method consists in the fact that the model made of thermoplastic material is surrounded by layers of ceramic molding mass, which are dried by subjecting them to microwaves, after which the mold is subjected to firing. The layers of the ceramic molding mass are subjected to microwaves in such a way that during the drying of each layer, the microwave generator switches on cyclically alternately with intervals for water evaporation. Models for the production of molds are made of thermoplastic material with a porous structure, while filling the structure of the model 3 - 20%, while maintaining the continuous surface layers of the model. Firing the mold is carried out in stages depending on the thermoplastic material used to make the model.
