Abstract
Sposób diagnostyki łożysk tocznych w silniku indukcyjnym polega na wprowadzeniu silnika w drgania promieniowe, a następnie na pomiarze oraz analizie napięcia i prądu silnika charakteryzuje się według wynalazku tym, że drgania promieniowe silnika wywołuje się poprzez wprowadzenie do napięcia wyjściowego falownika składowych, które za pośrednictwem uzwojeń stojana, poza wirującym polem magnetycznym, wytwarzają poprzeczne do niego pole magnetyczne. Jednocześnie zmienia się te dodatkowo wprowadzone składowe do napięcia i nastawia się kolejno takie częstotliwości drgań pola poprzecznego, które są równe częstotliwościom drgań mechanicznych wirnika, a które występują w wyniku różnych znanych rodzajów uszkodzeń.The method of diagnosing rolling bearings in an induction motor is based on introducing the motor into radial vibrations, and then on measuring and analyzing the motor voltage and current according to the invention, in that the radial vibrations of the motor are caused by introducing components to the output voltage that through the stator windings , in addition to the rotating magnetic field, generate a transverse magnetic field to it. At the same time, the additional voltage components are changed and the lateral field vibration frequencies are set, which are equal to the rotor mechanical vibration frequencies, and which occur as a result of various known types of damage.
