Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preparat bentonitowy do poprawy sedymentacji osadu czynnego wykorzystywanego do biologicznego oczyszczania ścieków, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera ił bentonitowy o wysokiej dyspersyjności, przy czym za preparat o wysokiej dyspersyjności uznaje się preparat, którego wodna zawiesina o stężeniu 200 g/l uzyskana poprzez mieszanie przez 5 minut za pomocą mieszadła obrotowego z prędkością 11000 obr/min posiada lepkość o wartości co najmniej 78 cP, mierzoną reometrem obrotowym o współosiowych cylindrach typu Fann dla 300 obr/min.
