Deser lodowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia i. /.frPP.lr.y.. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swiateczny deser lodowy w postaci rolady lodowej. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac deseru lodowego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, a takze oryginalnej formie i kolorystyce poszczególnych warstw deseru, który: - w odniesieniu do tradycyjnych, dotychczas spotykanych rolad lodowych rózni sie tym, ze przedstawia w przekroju kompozycje graficzna nie tylko o charakterze wylacznie ozdobnym, ale takze zawierajacym pewna tresc, - w odróznieniu od dotychczas znanych deserów w postaci rolad lodowych, jego przekrój przedstawia konkretny rysunek, tj. portret Sw. Mikolaja. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego widoczny jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia deser lodowy w postaci rolady, pokazany w widoku z boku, natomiast fig. 2 - przedstawia plat rolady, imitujacy glowe Sw. Mikolaja, zas uklad i ulozenieposzczególnych warstw rolady przedstawiaja takze dodatkowo zalaczone fotografie - odpowiednio fig. la i fig. 2a. Deser lodowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi go rolada lodowa skladajaca sie z kilku, róznobarwnych warstw, ulozonych wzajemnie w taki sposób, ze ich przekrój - analogiczny na calej dlugosci rolady - przedstawia glowe usmiechnietego Sw. Mikolaja w czapce z pomponem. Poszczególne, kontrastowo zabarwione warstwy rolady imituja: czapke, jasny otok czapki, pompon, oraz twarz, nos, brwi, usta i brode Sw. Mikolaja. Poszczególne warstwy rolady wykonane sa w kolorach: malinowym, czerwonym, rózowym, kremowym i bialym. Jednak mozliwe jest takze wykonanie opisanego wzoru w innych, kontrastowych ukladach kolorystycznych. Cech e istotna wzoru stanowi to, ze: - rolada lodowa sklada sie z kilku, róznobarwnych warstw, ulozonych wzajemnie w taki sposób, ze ich przekrój - analogiczny na calej dlugosci rolady - przedstawia glowe usmiechnietego Sw. Mikolaja, przy czym - poszczególne, kontrastowo zabarwione warstwy rolady imituja: czapke, jasny otok czapki, pompon, oraz twarz, nos, brwi, usta i brode Sw. Mikolaja, zas - poszczególne warstwy rolady wykonane sa w kolorach: malinowym, czerwonym, rózowym, kremowym i bialym.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 1a Fig. 2a PL PLIce Cream Dessert The right of registration of the industrial design is valid from i. /.frPP.lr.y. The subject of the industrial design is a Christmas ice cream dessert in the form of an ice cream roll. The essence of the design is a new form of the ice cream dessert, manifested in its shape, as well as the original form and coloring of the individual layers of the dessert, which: - differs from traditional, previously encountered ice cream rolls in that its cross-section presents a graphic composition not only of a purely decorative nature, but also containing some content; - unlike previously known ice cream roll desserts, its cross-section depicts a specific drawing, i.e., a portrait of Saint Nicholas. The industrial design is visible in the drawing, where Fig. 1 depicts an ice cream dessert in the form of a roll, shown from a side view, while Fig. 2 depicts a loaf of the roll imitating Santa's head. The arrangement and configuration of the individual layers of the roll are also shown in the accompanying photographs – Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a, respectively. The ice cream dessert is characterized by being an ice cream roll consisting of several multicolored layers, arranged in such a way that their cross-section – analogous along the entire length of the roll – depicts the head of a smiling Santa Claus wearing a hat with a pompom. The individual, contrastingly colored layers of the roll imitate: the hat, the light rim of the hat, the pompom, and the face, nose, eyebrows, mouth, and beard of Santa Claus. The individual layers of the roulade are made in raspberry, red, pink, cream, and white. However, it is also possible to make the described pattern in other, contrasting color arrangements. A significant feature of the pattern is that: - the ice cream roulade consists of several, multicolored layers, arranged so that their cross-section – analogous along the entire length of the roulade – represents the head of a smiling Saint Nicholas, while - the individual, contrastingly colored layers of the roulade imitate: the hat, the light rim of the hat, the pompom, as well as the face, nose, eyebrows, mouth, and beard of Saint Nicholas, and - the individual layers of the roulade are made in raspberry, red, pink, cream, and white.
