Abstract

Węzeł konstrukcyjny szczelnego połączenia rozłącznego nagwintowanej szyjki butelki z jej nagwintowaną zakrętką wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go cylindryczna szyjka (1) butelki (2) i nakręcona na jej gwint zewnętrzny (4) zakrętka (3) wyposażona w wewnętrzny gwint oraz w tulejkę wewnętrzną (8) nierozłącznie połączoną z dnem (6) tej zakrętki, przy czym zewnętrzna powierzchnia tej tulejki posiada co najmniej jedno uszczelniające odsadzenie pierścieniowe (11), którego koniec przylega do cylindrycznej powierzchni (12) szyjki (1) lub koniec co najmniej jednego odsadzenia pierścieniowego (11) osadzony jest ciasno w co najmniej jednym kanałku obwodowym wykonanym na wewnętrznej cylindrycznej powierzchni (12) szyjki (1). Ponadto zakrętka (3), na wewnętrznej powierzchni jej tulejowej części (10) posiada odsadzenia pierścieniowe usytuowane nad jej gwintem, których końce osadzone są ciasno w usytuowanych naprzeciw nich kanałkach obwodowych wykonanych na zewnętrznej powierzchni szyjki (1) nad jej gwintem zewnętrznym (4).
