Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania pasty ze skiełkowanego ziarna, charakteryzujący się tym, że ziarno myje się środkami wytwarzanymi in-situ, po czym oczyszczone ziarno poddaje się stratyfikacji w zmiennym polu magnetycznym, a następnie zaktywowane ziarno moczy się i kieruje się do kiełkowania, które prowadzi się w cyklach obejmujących kiełkowanie w spoczynku na siatce i namaczanie, po czym skiełkowane ziarna mieli się wraz z dodatkami smakowymi, uzyskując pastę o wysokiej zawartości składników odżywczych.
