Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób termicznego gratowania, polegający na termicznej obróbce przedmiotów metalowych oraz z tworzysz sztucznych za pomocą mieszaniny gazów wybuchowych, przy użyciu jednej maszyny do gratowania, którą dobiera się parametry procesu gratowania w zależności rodzaju obrabianego materiału. Dla przedmiotów metalowych dobiera się mieszankę tlenu i metanu w stosunku 2-4:1 przy ciśnieniu napełniania w zakresie od 4 do 8 bar, natomiast dla przedmiotów z tworzyw sztucznych dobiera się mieszankę tlenu i wodoru w stosunki 1:3 przy ciśnieniu napełniania w zakresie od 400 do 2000 mbar, przy czym po szczelnym zamknięciu komory, ale przed etapem wprowadzenia do komory (1, 2) mieszaniny gazów wybuchowych, w komorze (1, 2) wytwarza się próżnię, korzystnie o ciśnieniu 200 mbar.The subject of the invention is a method of thermal deburring, consisting in the thermal treatment of metal objects and you create artificial materials using a mixture of explosive gases, using one deburring machine, which selects the parameters of the deburring process depending on the type of workpiece. For metal objects, a mixture of oxygen and methane in a ratio of 2-4: 1 at a filling pressure in the range of 4 to 8 bar is selected, while for plastic objects, a mixture of oxygen and hydrogen is selected in a ratio of 1: 3 at a filling pressure in the range of 400 to 2000 mbar, but after sealing the chamber, but before introducing the mixture of explosive gases into the chamber (1, 2), a vacuum is created in the chamber (1, 2), preferably at a pressure of 200 mbar.
