Abstract
Ciecz pohodowlaną odsączono a oczyszczony materiał włókienniczy przemyto i wysuszono. Uzyskana wydajność oczyszczania wynosi nie mniej niż 12% wag.The subject of the application is a method of removing acrylic resin from the surface of coated textile products, which consists in activating a selected bacterial strain with the property of removing acrylic resin from the surface of coated fibers, inoculating shaken culture on a sterilized liquid medium containing a source of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and textile waste coated with acrylic resin and cultivating under aerobic conditions, at a specified temperature and time. As the selected strain, the bacterium strain Gordonia alkanivorans S7 isolated from soil contaminated with petroleum derivatives and activated on agar slants was used from which the inoculum was prepared. The obtained inoculum was used to inoculate a sterilized culture medium in which the carbon source is acrylic resins incorporated with a textile material. The enzyme production culture with simultaneous removal of the polyacrylic deposition was carried out in a shaking process. The post-culture liquid was filtered off and the cleaned textile material was washed and dried. The obtained purification efficiency is not less than 12% by weight.
