Sposób wytwarzania elementów magnezowych zawierające wkładki z pian węglowych amorficznych polega na tym, że kształtki z otwartokomórkowych pian węglowych amorficznych zawierające pory otwarte o średnicy 250 - 1200 µm, przy czym ich ilość, wielkość, kształt, porowatość i rozmieszczenie dostosowane są do konkretnego wyrobu, umieszcza się w formie, korzystnie grafitowej, następnie infiltruje się w próżni lub w atmosferze ochronnej ciekłym magnezem, którego temperatura jest nie większa od 700°C, lub jego stopami których temperatura jest nie większa niż 50°C od ich temperatury likwidus, po czym chłodzi pod obciążeniem pod ciśnieniem nie większym, niż 3 MPa.The method of producing magnesium elements containing amorphous carbon foam inserts consists in the fact that open-cell amorphous carbon foam moldings containing open pores with a diameter of 250 - 1200 µm, their quantity, size, shape, porosity and arrangement are adapted to the specific product, places in a mold, preferably graphite, then infiltrated in a vacuum or in a protective atmosphere with liquid magnesium whose temperature is not more than 700 ° C, or its alloys whose temperature is not more than 50 ° C from their liquidus temperature, and then cooled under load under pressure not more than 3 MPa.
