Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób bezodpadowego otrzymywania bioetanolu, drożdży paszowych i ditlenku węgla z wykorzystaniem hydrolizy biomasy roślinnej, charakteryzująca się tym, że na drodze wydzielenia węglowodanów we wstępnym zhydrolizowaniu hemiceluloz i po rozpuszczeniu zawartych w biomasie roślinnej węglowodanów prostych, a z pozostałej masy prowadzi się hydrolizę metodą alkaliczną. Następnie metodą kwaśną do maksymalnej hydrolizy celulozy do cukrów prostych i razem z wcześniej oddzielonym roztworem cukrów, poddaje się fermentacji alkoholowej, a wywar po oddestylowaniu etanolu, przekazuje się do hodowli drożdży. Po zakończeniu hodowli, oddziela się drożdże, natomiast roztwór oczyszcza się przez zakwaszenie kwasem o-fosforowym i następnie alkalizuje się mlekiem wapiennym, oddziela osad, a roztwór zakwasza ditlenkiem węgla z fermentacji etanolowej lub drożdżowania. Wytrącony osad oddziela się, dodaje masę po hydrolizie kwaśnej i przeznacza jako wapno nawozowe, jednocześnie otrzymany roztwór stosowany jest do przygotowania surowców i w węźle chłodzenia. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też układ aparatury do wytwarzania bioetanolu, drożdży paszowych i ditlenku węgla, znamienny tym, że na wejściu zawiera węzeł kiszenia (01) połączony poprzez węzeł hydrolizy I (02) z blokiem filtracji I (03), a ten poprzez blok fermentacji etanolu (07) i blok destylacji (08), który poprzez blok hodowli drożdży (11) i dalej blok filtracji i suszenia drożdży (12) jest połączony z blokiem oczyszczania filtratu i ścieków (13) na wyjściu połączonym z blokiem produktu IV. Blok filtracji I (03) jest na wyjściu połączony z węzłem hydrolizy II (04) i dalej poprzez blok filtracji II (05) z blokiem neutralizacji (06) połączony z blokiem fermentacji etanoli (07) oraz ma blok płucznika (09) połączony na wejściach z blokami (05) i (07) a na wyjściach z blokami (08) i węzłem skraplania CO2 (10).The subject of the application is a method of waste-free production of bioethanol, feed yeast and carbon dioxide using hydrolysis of plant biomass, characterized by the fact that by separating carbohydrates in the initial hydrolysis of hemicelluloses and after dissolving simple carbohydrates contained in the plant biomass, the alkaline hydrolysis is carried out . Then, by acid method for maximum hydrolysis of cellulose to monosaccharides and together with the sugar solution previously separated, it is subjected to alcoholic fermentation, and the decoction after distilling ethanol is transferred to yeast culture. At the end of the culture, the yeast is separated, while the solution is purified by acidification with o-phosphoric acid and then basified with calcium milk, the precipitate is separated, and the solution is acidified with carbon dioxide from ethanol fermentation or yeast fermentation. The precipitate is separated, the mass added after acid hydrolysis and used as fertilizer lime, while the resulting solution is used to prepare the raw materials and in the cooling node. The application also includes a system of apparatus for the production of bioethanol, feed yeast and carbon dioxide, characterized in that the input contains a ensilage node (01) connected via a hydrolysis node I (02) with a filtration block I (03), and this through an ethanol fermentation block ( 07) and a distillation block (08), which through the yeast culture block (11) and further the yeast filtration and drying block (12) is connected to the filtrate and wastewater treatment block (13) at the outlet connected to the product block IV. The filtration block I (03) is connected to the hydrolysis node II (04) at the output and further through the filtration block II (05) with the neutralization block (06) connected to the ethanol fermentation block (07) and has a washer block (09) connected at the inlets with blocks (05) and (07) and at the outputs with blocks (08) and CO2 liquefaction node (10).
