Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania fosfatydylocholiny zawierającej ibuprofen w pozycji sn-1 oraz resztę kwasu palmitynowego w pozycji sn-2 o wzorze 2, polegający na tym, że 1-[2'-(4"-izobutylofenylo)]propanoilo-2-hydroksy-sn-glicero-3-fosfocholinę poddaje się estryfikacji kwasem palmitynowym w bezwodnym chlorku metylenu albo chloroformie, z udziałem dwukrotnego nadmiaru molowego N,N-dicykloheksylokarbodiimidu w stosunku do kwasu palmitynowego oraz w obecności 4-N,N-dimetyloamino)pirydyny, otrzymując 1-[2'-(4"-izobutylofenylo)]propanoilo-2-palmitoilo-sn-glicero-3-fosfocholinę.The subject of the application is a method for obtaining phosphatidylcholine containing ibuprofen in the sn-1 position and a palmitic acid residue in the sn-2 position of formula 2, consisting in that 1- [2 '- (4 "-isobutylphenyl)] propanoyl-2-hydroxy- sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine is subjected to esterification with palmitic acid in anhydrous methylene chloride or chloroform, with a double molar excess of N, N-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide relative to palmitic acid and in the presence of 4-N, N-dimethylamino) pyridine [2 '- (4 "-izobutylofenylo)] propanoyl-2-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine.
