Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy fosfolipidowej pochodnej kwasu anyżowego, o wzorze 1 oraz sposobu jej otrzymywania na drodze reakcji sn-glicero-3-fosfocholiny (GPC) i tlenku dibutylocyny (DBTO) rozpuszczonych w bezwodnym 2-propanolu z chlorkiem kwasu anyżowego w obecności trietyloaminy (TEA). Związek ten wykazuje aktywność antyproliferacyjną względem komórek nowotworowych białaczki i może znaleźć zastosowanie w przemyśle kosmetycznym i farmaceutycznym.The invention relates to a phospholipid aniseic acid derivative of the formula I and a method for its preparation by reaction of sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine (GPC) and dibutyltin oxide (DBTO) dissolved in anhydrous 2-propanol with anisic acid chloride in the presence of triethylamine (TEA). This compound has antiproliferative activity against leukemia cancer cells and may find use in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries.
