Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania elementu konstrukcyjnego, zwłaszcza dennicy, z jedno-heteropolimerowych kompozytów poliestrowych. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że włókna z poli(tereftalanu etylenu) (PET) i/lub poli(tereftalanu trimetylenu) (PTT) i/lub poli(tereftalanu butylenu) (PBT) i/lub poli(tereftalanu etylenu-co-tereftalanu p-cykloheksylodimetylenu) (PETG) w postaci pasm, pasm skrzyżowanych i/lub tkaniny nakłada się na matrycę, następnie na tak ułożone włókno nadrukowuje się plastyczną osnowę, o temperaturze nie wyższej niż temperatura degradacji osnowy i temperatura topnienia włókna, z poli(tereftalanu etylenu) (PET) i/lub poli(tereftalanu etylenu-co-tereftalanu p-cykloheksylodimetylenu) (PETG) i/lub poli(tereftalanu trimetylenu) (PTT) i/lub poli(tereftalanu butylenu) (PBT) uzyskując kompozyt.
