Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania kompozytu o budowie panelu sandwichowego na bazie maty aerożelowej i żywicy polega tym, że żywicę modyfikuje się glikolizatem otrzymanym na bazie odpadowego poli(tereftalanu etylenu), utwardza oraz dodaje kapsułkowanego materiału zmiennofazowego PCM. Powierzchnię maty aerożelowej przygotowuje się poprzez nałożenie na nią welonu z włókien szklanych nasączonego kompozycją złożoną z żywicy zmodyfikowanej dodatkiem glkikoliatu PET w ilości 10% wag. Kompozycję złożoną z żywicy zmodyfikowanej dodatkiem glkikoliatu PET miesza się bagietką szklaną w pojemniku szklanym lub polipropylenowym i wygrzewa przez co najmniej 30 minut w temperaturze 70 - 90 st. C. Do zmodyfikowanej żywicy dodaje się utwardzacz w ilości 10% wagowych w stosunku do ilości żywicy. Kapsułkowany PCM posiada temperaturę przemiany fazowej w zakresie 21 - 25 stopni Celsjusza, wiąże się za pomocą modyfikowanej żywicy epoksydowej lub poliuretanowej w stosunku wagowym PCM/żywica z zakresu 0,6 - 0,7.The method of producing a sandwich panel composite based on an airgel mat and resin is that the resin is modified with a glycolysate obtained on the basis of waste polyethylene terephthalate, cured and added encapsulated PCM phase change material. The surface of the airgel mat is prepared by applying a fiberglass veil impregnated with a composition composed of a resin modified with the addition of 10% by weight PET glycolate. The composition consisting of the resin modified with the addition of PET glycolate is mixed with a glass rod in a glass or polypropylene container and heated for at least 30 minutes at a temperature of 70 - 90 deg. C. Hardener is added to the modified resin in an amount of 10% by weight based on the amount of resin. Encapsulated PCM has a phase transition temperature in the range of 21 - 25 degrees Celsius, binds with a modified epoxy or polyurethane resin in a weight ratio of PCM / resin in the range of 0.6 - 0.7.
