Abstract
Zasadniczy element konstrukcyjny opracowanego izolacyjnego profilu montażowego stanowi kątownik (1), w kształcie litery "L", wykonany z dowolnego materiału, korzystnie stali lub kompozytu o wysokiej gęstości, który może przenieść obciążenia nawet do 450 kg/m2. Kątownik (1), który uzupełniony jest przylegającą pianką (2) tworzy z nią, zwartą, podstawową część profilu o przekroju trójkąta prostokątnego. Pianka (2) może być wykonana z dowolnego tworzywa sztucznego, najkorzystniej ze spienionego polipropylenu o strukturze komórkowej. Piankę (2) może stanowić nawet gąbka florystyczna, tj. z poliuretanu o krótkich łańcuchach, ale także styropian (miękki lub twardy), styrodur, poliuretanu, spienione PVC lub inne tworzywo sztuczne, takie, jak: ABS, PE, PP, względnie sprasowane wióry drewna lub innego materiału połączonego z poliuretanem. Podstawowa część opracowanego, izolacyjnego profilu montażowego, którą tworzą kątownik (1) wraz z przylegającą pianką (2), pokryta jest warstwą żywicy (4), przykładowo żywicą epoksydową, mocznikową bądź PUR, a następnie obłożona warstwą włókna (5) szklanego, węglowego bądź nasączonego żywicą. Do tak przygotowanej, podstawowej części izolacyjnego profilu montowana jest uzupełniająca pianka (3) wykonana na przykład z jednego z materiałów, z których wykonywana jest przylegająca pianka (2). Uzupełniająca pianka (3) wraz z przygotowaną wcześniej podstawową częścią profilu są łącznie także pokryte warstwą żywicy (4), a następnie warstwą włókna (5). W zgłoszeniu przedstawiono również sposób wytwarzania izolacyjnych profili montażowych.The main structural element of the developed insulating mounting profile is the "L" shaped angle bar (1), made of any material, preferably steel or high density composite, which can transfer loads up to 450 kg / m2. The angle bar (1), which is supplemented with adhering foam (2), forms with it a compact, basic part of the profile with a rectangular triangle section. The foam (2) can be made of any plastic, most preferably foamed cellular polypropylene. The foam (2) can even be a floristic sponge, i.e. made of short-chain polyurethane, but also polystyrene (soft or hard), styrodur, polyurethane, foamed PVC or other plastic, such as: ABS, PE, PP, or compressed wood shavings or other material combined with polyurethane. The basic part of the developed insulating assembly profile, which is formed by the angle (1) together with the adjacent foam (2), is covered with a layer of resin (4), for example epoxy, urea or PUR resin, and then covered with a layer of fiber (5) glass, carbon or soaked in resin. Supplementary foam (3) made of, for example, one of the materials from which the adjacent foam is made (2) is attached to the basic part of the insulated profile prepared in this way. The complementary foam (3) together with the previously prepared basic part of the profile are also jointly covered with a layer of resin (4), followed by a layer of fiber (5). The application also presents a method of producing insulating mounting profiles.
