Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania elementu konstrukcyjnego, zwłaszcza dennicy, z jedno-heteropolimerowych kompozytów poliestrowych, który charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jedną warstwę włókna z poli(tereftalanu etylenu) i/lub poli(tereftalanu trimetylenu) i/lub poli(tereftalanu butylenu) i/lub poli(tereftalanu etylenu-co-tereftalanu p-cykloheksylodimetylenu) (PETG) w postaci pasm, pasm skrzyżowanych i/lub tkaniny umieszcza się na matrycy i/lub stemplu, następnie nanosi się warstwę osnowy poli(tereftalanu etylenu) (PET) i/lub poli(tereftalanu etylenu-co-tereftalanu p-cykloheksylodimetylenu) (PETG) i/lub poli(tereftalanu trimetylenu) (PTT) i/lub poli(tereftalanu butylenu) (PBT), po czym prasuje się osnowę i włókna w temperaturze poniżej temperatury topnienia włókna tworząc sprasowany kompozyt.
