Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctany alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowe. Przedmiotowe herbicydowe ciecze jonowe przedstawione są za pomocą wzoru ogólnego 1, gdzie widać kation alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowy i anion 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctanowy. We wzorze 1 litera R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości od 2 do 16 atomów węgla. Przedmiotowy sposób polega na tym, że bromek alkilo[2-(2-hydroksyetoksy)etylo]dimetyloamoniowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o długości od 2 do 16 atomów węgla, rozpuszcza się w metanolu albo etanolu, albo izopropanolu, albo 1-butanolu i poddaje reakcji chemicznej z solą litową albo sodową, albo potasową kwasu 4-chloro-2-metylofenoksyoctowego w temperaturze 20°C i w czasie co najmniej 40 minut, następnie odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a pozostałość suszy w temperaturze 30 - 35°C, korzystnie 30°C.The subject of the application are alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetates. The herbicidal ionic liquids in question are represented by general formula 1, which shows an alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium cation and 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate anion. In formula 1, the letter R is an alkyl substituent with a length of 2 to 16 carbon atoms. The subject method consists in the fact that alkyl [2- (2-hydroxyethoxy) ethyl] dimethylammonium bromide of general formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl substituent with a length of 2 to 16 carbon atoms, dissolves in methanol or ethanol or isopropanol, or 1-butanol and is chemically reacted with lithium or sodium or potassium salt of 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid at 20 ° C and for at least 40 minutes, then the solvent is evaporated and the residue is dried at 30 - 35 ° C, preferably 30 ° C.
