Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wprowadzania pierwotnego gazu fluidyzacyjnego do pieca (12) kotła ze złożem fluidalnym (10) przez układ dolnej kraty (22) umieszczony przy dnie pieca, przy czym układ dolnej kraty zawiera dolną część dolnej kraty (32) oraz górną część dolnej kraty (34) umieszczoną na wyższym poziomie niż dolna część dolnej kraty, przy czym wprowadzanie pierwotnego gazu fluidyzacyjnego do pieca jest kontrolowane tak, że a) pierwotny gaz fluidyzacyjny jest wprowadzany w pierwszych warunkach spalania, w szczególności w warunkach niskiego obciążenia, do pieca wyłącznie przez dolną część dolnej kraty (32), oraz b) pierwotny gaz fluidyzacyjny jest wprowadzany w drugich warunkach spalania, w szczególności w warunkach wyższego obciążenia, do pieca zarówno przez dolną część dolnej kraty (32) oraz przez górną część dolnej kraty (34).The invention relates to a method of introducing primary fluidizing gas into the furnace (12) of a fluidized bed boiler (10) through a bottom grille system (22) located at the bottom of the furnace, the bottom grate system comprising a lower part of the lower grate (32) and an upper part of the lower grate ( 34) located at a higher level than the lower part of the lower grid, the introduction of the primary fluidizing gas into the furnace is controlled such that a) the primary fluidizing gas is introduced in the first combustion conditions, in particular under low load conditions, into the furnace only through the lower part of the lower screen (32), and b) the primary fluidizing gas is introduced in the second combustion conditions, in particular under higher load conditions, into the furnace both through the lower part of the lower screen (32) and through the upper part of the lower screen (34).
