Abstract

Rozwiązanie stanowią sposób redukcji emisji pyłów oraz tlenków węgla w palenisku na paliwa stałe o dowolnej mocy, a także kocioł do redukcji emisji pyłów oraz tlenków węgla w palenisku na paliwa stałe o dowolnej mocy. Głównym elementem kotła jest komora spalania (1), która jest podzielona na dwie części, tj. część dolną (2) komory spalania (1) oraz część górną (3) komory spalania (1). Dolna komora spalania (2) wyposażona jest zazwyczaj w szczelinowy ruszt (4), który osadzony jest korzystnie skośnie lub równolegle w stosunku do poziomu podłoża, na którym stoi kocioł. Do komory spalania (1) wprowadzane jest tzw. powietrze pierwotne. Powietrze to dostarczane jest z dołu, spod rusztu (4) szczelinowego, za pomocą dmuchawy (7). Nad rusztem (4), w górnej strefie części dolnej (2) komory spalania (1) umieszczony jest napowietrzacz wtórny (8), którym wprowadzane jest powietrze wtórne. Into the combustion chamber (1) the so-called primary air. This air is supplied from below, from under the slotted grate (4), using a blower (7). Above the grate (4), in the upper zone of the lower part (2) of the combustion chamber (1), there is a secondary aerator (8), through which secondary air is introduced. The most favorable combustion process is achieved provided that 10% to 50% of the secondary air is supplied, in relation to its entire quantity supplied to the furnace (1).
