Abstract
Urządzenie przeznaczone do ośmiokątnego palnika do węgla antracytowego o przepływie bezpośrednim z podwójną kulą ognia charakteryzuje się tym, że każdy z kotłów wyposażony jest w osiem grup palników znajdujących się na takiej samej wysokości, cztery grupy palników tworzą w palenisku (2) pierwszy wyobrażony okrąg styczny (11), zaś pozostałe cztery grupy palników tworzą w palenisku drugi wyobrażony okrąg styczny (12). Każda z grup palników podzielona jest w kierunku pionowym na dwie podgrupy, przy czym pierwsza podgrupa palników nazywana jest palnikiem na mieszaninę powietrza głównego i bogatego pyłu węglowego, zaś druga podgrupa palników nazywana jest palnikiem na mieszaninę powietrza głównego i ubogiego pyłu węglowego. Wynalazek umożliwia uzyskanie dużego jednostkowego obciążenia cieplnego ścian paleniska w pobliżu palnika, jak również zapewnienie właściwych czasów zapłonu strumienia mieszaniny antracytowego pyłu węglowego i powietrza oraz stabilności spalania w kotle działającym z minimalnym stabilnym obciążeniem bez wykorzystywania dodatkowego paliwa.The device designed for an octagonal anthracite coal flow burner with a double fireball is characterized by the fact that each of the boilers is equipped with eight groups of burners located at the same height, four groups of burners form in the furnace (2) the first imagined tangential circle ( 11), while the other four groups of burners form a second imaginary tangent circle in the furnace (12). Each of the groups of burners is divided vertically into two subgroups, where the first subgroup of burners is called a burner for a mixture of main air and rich coal dust, while the second subgroup of burners is called a burner for a mixture of main air and lean coal dust. The invention allows achieving a high specific heat load of the furnace walls near the burner, as well as ensuring proper ignition times of the anthracite coal dust and air mixture stream and combustion stability in the boiler operating with a minimum stable load without using additional fuel.
