Abstract
Ochronna zaprawa tynkarska zawiera spoiwo cementowe, wapno hydratyzowane, dodatki porotwórcze, dodatki zatrzymujące wodę, zdyspergowany węglan, granulowaną krzemionkę, glinokrzemian i redyspergowany proszek polimerowy. Zaprawa zawiera ponadto dodatek reologiczny, dodatek zatrzymujący wodę, dodatek hydrofobizujący i włókna wzmacniające. Zaprawa zawiera pigment. Zaprawa zawiera 20 - 50% wagowych spoiwa cementowego, 1 - 10% wagowych wapna hydratyzowanego, 1 - 10% wagowych zdyspergowanego węglanu, 15 - 50% granulowanej krzemionki, 1 - 30% wagowych glinokrzemianu, 1 - 8% wagowych redyspergowanego proszku polimerowego, 0,05 - 0,4% wagowych dodatku zatrzymującego wodę, 0,05 - 0,6% wagowych dodatku hydrofobizującego, 0,01 - 0,05% wagowych dodatku porotwórczego, 0,05 - 1% wagowych włókien wzmacniających i 0 - 2% wagowych pigmentu. Jako spoiwo cementowe stosowany jest cement portlandzki lub cement biały. Jako zdyspergowany węglan stosuje się marmur lub kamień wapienny w proszku lub hydrofobizacyjne frakcje proszku marmuru. Jako granulowaną krzemionkę stosuje się granulat szkła piankowego. Jako glinokrzemian stosowany jest ekspandowany perlit. Jako redyspergowany proszek polimerowy stosuje się kopolimery octanu winylu o właściwościach hydrofobowych. Jako dodatek reologiczny stosuje się zmodyfikowane wodoodporne wersje glinki bentonitowej. Jako dodatek zatrzymujący wodę stosuje się zmodyfikowane etery celulozy. Jako dodatek hydrofobizujący stosuje się kombinacje stearynianów wapnia, magnezu, i cynku oraz oleinianu sodu. Jako dodatek porotwórczy stosuje się siarczany laurytu i sulfoniany oleiny. Jako włókna wzmacniające stosowane są włókna celulozowe, polipropylenowe i poliamidowe.Protective plastering mortar contains cement binder, hydrated lime, blowing agents, water retaining additives, dispersed carbonate, granulated silica, aluminosilicate and redispersible polymer powder. The mortar also contains a rheological additive, a water retaining additive, a hydrophobizing additive and reinforcing fibers. The mortar contains pigment. The mortar contains 20-50% by weight cement binder, 1-10% by weight hydrated lime, 1-10% by weight dispersed carbonate, 15-50% by granulated silica, 1-30% by weight aluminosilicate, 1-8% by weight redispersible polymer powder, 0 , 05 - 0.4% by weight of a water retaining additive, 0.05 - 0.6% by weight of a hydrophobizing additive, 0.01 - 0.05% by weight of a blowing additive, 0.05 - 1% by weight of reinforcing fibers and 0 - 2% by weight of pigment. Portland cement or white cement is used as the cement binder. As dispersed carbonate, marble or limestone powder or hydrophobic marble powder fractions are used. Foam glass granules are used as granular silica. Expanded perlite is used as aluminosilicate. Vinyl acetate copolymers with hydrophobic properties are used as the redispersible polymer powder. Modified waterproof versions of bentonite clay are used as the rheological additive. Modified cellulose ethers are used as the water-retaining additive. Combinations of calcium, magnesium and zinc stearates and sodium oleate are used as the hydrophobizing additive. As a blowing agent, laurite sulfates and olein sulfonates are used. Cellulose, polypropylene and polyamide fibers are used as reinforcing fibers.
