Abstract
This blocks is composed of: natural lightweight Pozzolan rubble (volcanic tuff); normal silica sand; calcium carbonate; Portland cement, plus chemical thinner, for construction purposes, generally in green building and particularly in fire-resistant buildings, since this product has heatproof and fire-resistant properties, due to the properties of the main component (Pozzolan) which has low thermal conductivity; porosity and tension surface; stray-ion exchange, where Pozzolan material keep the heat or cold then re-send it when amid need, which cause heatproof and air conditioning heat-exchange, as follows: 1. Pozzolan rubble - according to Jordanian standards no. m k a/948/1993-: andbull; From 0mm to 2mm with density ups to 1050kg/m3. andbull; From 3mm to 6mm with density ups to 760kg/m3 andbull; From 7mm to 12mm with density ups to 700kg/m3. 2. Natural silica sand -accordance to Jordanian standards no. m k a/96/87: andbull; From 0mm to 4mm with density ups to 1600kg/m3. 3. Calcium carbonate: from 0mm to 10mm. 4. Normal Portland cement: 42.5 N/ mm2 strength, according to Jordanian standards no. 1-30 and European standards no. EN 1-197. 5. Water plus LAMA FOAM material.
