Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są kwasy ?-aminofosfonowe pochodne acetylopirydyny o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym Het oznacza pierścień pirydynowy podstawiony w pozycji 2, 3 lub 4 oraz sposób ich wytwarzania. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie bromotrimetylosilan poddaje się reakcji z fosforynem trimetylowym przy stosunku molowym bromotrimetylosilanu do fosforynu trimetylowego równym 4 do 1, a wytworzony in situ fosforyn tris(trimetylosilylowy) poddaje się następnie reakcji addycji z ketiminami pirydynowymi, a potem odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik i pozostałość rozpuszcza się w alkoholu metylowym, z którego wydziela się pożądane kwasy ?-aminofosfonowe.The subject of the application are α-aminophosphonic acids of acetylpyridine of general formula 1, in which Het is a pyridine ring substituted in the 2, 3 or 4 position and the method of their preparation. The method is characterized in that in the first stage bromotrimethylsilane is reacted with trimethyl phosphite at a molar ratio of bromotrimethylsilane to trimethyl phosphite equal to 4 to 1, and the in situ formed tris (trimethylsilyl) phosphite is then reacted with pyridine ketimines and then evaporated the solvent and residue are dissolved in methyl alcohol, from which the desired α-aminophosphonic acids are separated.
