Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są modyfikowane powłoki porowate, zbudowane ze złoża porowatego, korzystnie kostek ceramicznych lub nanorurek, zawierającego tlenek tytanu TiO2 lub tlenek tytanu modyfikowany powierzchniowo platyną TiO2-Pt oraz kropki kwantowe. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też urządzenie modułowe do oczyszczania powietrza, zawierające modyfikowane powłoki porowate charakteryzujące się tym, że zawiera moduł odpylania (1) do usuwania cząstek stałych, moduł zaawansowanego utleniania, wyposażony w komorę do prowadzenia reakcji fotokatalitycznej (2a) z warstwą fotokatalityczną umieszczoną na nośniku w postaci modyfikowanej powłoki porowatej oraz źródło promieniowania i komorę reakcyjną (2b) do kontaktowania ozonu z zanieczyszczona fazą gazową, moduł niszczenia resztkowego ozonu (3) do usuwania pozostałości ozonu na złożu katalitycznym oraz moduł adsorpcji na węglu aktywnym (4).The subject of the application are modified porous coatings composed of a porous bed, preferably ceramic cubes or nanotubes, containing TiO2 titanium oxide or titanium oxide surface treated with platinum TiO2-Pt and quantum dots. The subject of the application is also a modular device for air purification, containing modified porous coatings characterized in that it contains a dust removal module (1) for removing solid particles, an advanced oxidation module, equipped with a chamber for conducting a photocatalytic reaction (2a) with a photocatalytic layer placed on a support in the form of a modified porous coating and a radiation source and reaction chamber (2b) for contacting ozone with a contaminated gas phase, a residual ozone destruction module (3) for removing residual ozone on a catalytic bed and an active carbon adsorption module (4).
