Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt, zawierający fosfogips, popiół lotny, pył z kotłów oraz żużel, który charakteryzuje się tym, że dodatkowo zawiera od 1% do 50% części wagowych granulatu gumy oraz 1% - 30% wagowych poliuretanu oraz wodę w ilości dopełniającej do 100% wagowych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania kompozytu, który polega na tym, że przygotowuje się mieszaninę składającą się z od 1% do 40% wagowych fosfogipsu, od 1% do 40% wagowych popiołów lotnych, 1% do 40% wagowych pyłów z kotłów oraz żużla, oraz od 1% do 50% wagowych granulatu gumy, a następnie do masy mieszanej, korzystnie z szybkością 30 - 60 obr/min, dodaje się dwuskładnikową masę poliuretanową stanowiącą mieszaninę polioli oraz mieszaninę izocyjanianów w stosunku 2 : 1, całość jest mieszana w mieszalniku i wtłaczana do odpowiednich form stalowych umożliwiających wykonanie odpowiednich kształtek z kompozytu.The subject of the application is a composite containing phosphogypsum, fly ash, boiler dust and slag, which is characterized by the fact that it additionally contains from 1% to 50% by weight of rubber granulate and 1% - 30% by weight of polyurethane and water up to 100 % by weight. The subject of the application is also a method for producing the composite, which consists in preparing a mixture consisting of from 1% to 40% by weight of phosphogypsum, from 1% to 40% by weight of fly ash, 1% to 40% by weight of boiler dust and slag , and from 1% to 50% by weight of rubber granulate, and then to the mixed mass, preferably at a speed of 30 - 60 rpm, a two-component polyurethane mass consisting of a mixture of polyols and a mixture of isocyanates in a ratio of 2: 1 is added, the whole is mixed in a mixer and pressed into appropriate steel molds enabling the production of appropriate composite shapes.
