Abstract
The subject of the application is a method of producing a plant growth stimulator from pre-treated natural substances containing keratin. The treatment consists of removing impurities and fats from them, grinding to an average particle size of 0.1 - 5 mm, conditioning with steam and / or water and / or weak acids and / or weak bases, and then subjecting the resulting raw material to chemical hydrolysis. The method of producing the stimulator is characterized in that the raw material input is divided into two portions, one of which is subjected to acid hydrolysis at a temperature of 80 - 200 ° C using sulfuric acid at a concentration of 20 - 98% by mass and / or phosphoric acid at a concentration of 20 - 76% by mass, with 0.1 to 5 g of acids per 1 g of raw material input used and hydrolyzed for 1-14 hours, while the second portion of the raw material input is subjected to basic hydrolysis at a temperature of 60 - 200 ° C, using hydroxide potassium and / or sodium hydroxide and / or calcium hydroxide, purity 10 - 99% by mass, with 0.01-5 g of base used per 1 g of raw material input and hydrolyzed for 1-14 hours, and then after cooling both hydrolysates to a temperature not higher than 65 ° C combine acid hydrolyzate with alkaline hydrolyzate in a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 20, introducing acid hydrolyzate into alkaline hydrolyzate with intensive mixing and maintaining the process temperature to 65 ° C and pH 3-11. The resulting suspension is cooled and filtered, obtaining at least 70% protein hydrolyzate with a content of 15-35% by mass of biologically active L-amino acids capable of complexing microelements and sediment in no more than 30% by weight of the suspension, containing fatty acids and undecomposed macromolecular polypeptides, which is recycled to the raw material input.
