Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nawiewnik powietrza wyposażony w kanał przelotowy, czerpnię powietrza oraz wyrzutnię powietrza, charakteryzujący się tym, że posiada grubościenną skorupę (1) wykonaną z materiału sprężystego o dobrych własnościach izolacji cieplnej, ukształtowaną od dołu w formę wgłębienia złożonego z wnęki czerpni, wnęki wyrzutni oraz wnęki kanału przelotowego z żebrem, przy czym skorupa (1) w górnej części tworzy płytę (7) wyposażoną w otwory, w których usytuowane są profilowane żebra (8') jak również posiada dwie ściany boczne oraz zamknięcie czerpni (10) i zamknięcie wyrzutni (11), które to elementy ograniczają z czterech boków wgłębienie, zaś wnęka kanału przelotowego jest zamknięta od dołu przegrodą poziomą (15) ze skośnym uskokiem (16), która to przegroda pozioma (15) za pośrednictwem uszczelnień przylega do górnej powierzchni ramiaka okna (19). Z kolei na górnej powierzchni przegrody (15) od strony wnęki czerpni usytuowana jest przepustnica ciśnieniowa, podczas gdy we wnęce czerpni umiejscowiony jest termiczny regulator przepływu (24) złożony z dwóch profilowanych prowadnic (25) i (26) połączonych jarzmami, z których każda posiada podłużny rowek oraz dwa podłużne gniazda, zaś w rowkach usytuowane są dwie ruchome przepustnice lamelowe posiadające otwory oraz przewiązania. Nadto w gniazdach prowadnic (25) i (26) usytuowane są dwie pary prętów, zaś jarzma posiadają odpowiednio ramiona z otworami i są zespolone za pośrednictwem wkrętów z odpowiednimi wspornikami wyposażonymi w tuleje montażowe odpowiednio i tym, że wnęka czerpni przysłonięta jest od dołu klapą (48) wyposażoną w dwie prowadnice, w których usytuowane są zamknięcia boczne klapy wyposażone w żebra z osiami obrotu i tym, że wnęka wyrzutni przysłonięta jest od dołu maskownicą (60) wyposażoną w dwie prowadnice, w których osadzone są zaczepy zamknięć bocznych oraz tym, że zamknięcia boczne posiadają żebra z otworami poprzecznymi, w których usytuowane są osie obrotu przepustnicy.The subject of the invention is an air inlet equipped with a through passage, an air intake and an air outlet, characterized by the fact that it has a thick-walled shell (1) made of elastic material with good thermal insulation properties, formed from below in the form of a recess consisting of an intake cavity, an ejector recess and recesses of the through channel with a rib, the shell (1) in the upper part forming a plate (7) equipped with holes in which the profiled ribs (8 ') are located as well as has two side walls and a closure of the intake (10) and the closing of the launcher (11), which elements delimit the recess from four sides, and the recess recess is closed from below by a horizontal partition (15) with an oblique step (16), which horizontal partition (15), through seals, adheres to the upper surface of the window frame ( 19). On the other hand, a pressure damper is located on the upper surface of the partition (15) from the side of the air intake recess, while in the air intake recess there is a thermal flow regulator (24) consisting of two profiled guides (25) and (26) connected by yokes, each of which has an elongated groove and two elongated slots, while the grooves have two movable lamella dampers with holes and tiebacks. In addition, two pairs of rods are located in the guide seats (25) and (26), and the yokes have, respectively, arms with holes and are connected by means of screws with appropriate brackets equipped with mounting sleeves, respectively, and that the air intake recess is covered with a flap from below ( 48) equipped with two guides, in which the side flaps of the flap are located, equipped with ribs with rotation axes and in that the launcher recess is covered from the bottom with a grille (60) equipped with two guides, in which the latches of the side closures are mounted and that the side closures have ribs with transverse holes in which the axes of throttle rotation are located.
