Abstract

Lejna mieszanina formierska do produkcji warstw ceramicznych form odlewniczych składa się z osnowy w postaci proszku ZrSiO4 o różnej wielkości cząstek ZrSiO4 5 µm ÷ 70 µm, spoiwa głównego w postaci wodnego nanokompozytu zawierającego koloidalny Al2O3 o średniej wielkości cząstek 5 nm - 100 nm i Al2O3 o zawartości 40% wagowych albo spoiwa głównego w postaci wodnego nanokompozytu zawierającego SiO2 o średniej wielkości cząstek 5 nm - 20 nm i zawartości SiO2 od 25 ÷ 45% wagowych, nanoproszku Al2O3 o wielkości cząstek 5 - 100 nm dodanego w ilości 1 - 10% wag w stosunku do ilości proszku ZrSiO4 albo nanoproszku ZrO2 o wielkości cząstek 5 - 100 nm dodanego w ilości 1 - 10% wag w stosunku do ilości proszku ZrSi04, jednego spoiwa dodatkowego wybranego z grupy: wodorozpuszczalny poli(alkohol winylowy) albo glikol poli(etylenowy) albo metyloceluloza o lepkości 20 - 5000 mPa•s albo karboksymetyloceluloza o lepkości 20 - 3000 mPa•s albo dekstryna o lepkości 20 - 4000 mPa•s albo wodorozcieńczalna dyspersja polimerowa poli(akrylowa) albo dyspersja polimerowa poli(winylowa) albo dyspersja poli(uretanowa) w ilości 6% - 15% objętościowo w stosunku do ilości spoiwa głównego, środka antypiennnego w ilości 0,010 - 0,075% objętościowo w stosunku do ilości dwóch spoiw, środka zwilżającego w ilości 0,010 - 0,075% objętościowo w stosunku do ilości dwóch spoiw. Natomiast udział proszku ZrSiO4 o różnej wielkości cząstek ZrSiO4 5 µm ÷ 70 µm i nanoproszku Al2O3 albo nanoproszku ZrO2 wylicza się ze wzoru, gdzie: mp - masa proszku ZrSiO4 o różnej wielkości cząstek ZrSiO4 5 µm ÷ 70 µm stanowiących osnowę i nanoproszków, mr - masa wodnego nanokompozytu zawierającego koloidalny Al2O3 albo SiO2 stanowiącego spoiwo główne oraz spoiwa dodatkowego, FL- udział % proszku ZrSiO4 i nanoproszku w mieszaninie o różnej wielkości cząstek ZrSiO4 stanowiących osnowę. Przy czym, do obliczeń zakłada się udział % proszku ZrSiO4 oraz nanoproszku, stanowiących osnowę oraz masę wodnego nanokompozytu, zawierającego koloidalny Al2O3 albo SiO2, stanowiącego spoiwo główne.The slip molding mixture for the production of layers of ceramic foundry molds consists of a matrix in the form of ZrSiO4 powder with different particle sizes ZrSiO4 5 µm ÷ 70 µm, a main binder in the form of an aqueous nanocomposite containing colloidal Al2O3 with an average particle size of 5 nm - 100 nm and Al2O3 40% by weight or main binder in the form of an aqueous nanocomposite containing SiO2 with an average particle size of 5 nm - 20 nm and an SiO2 content of 25 ÷ 45% by weight, Al2O3 nanopowder with a particle size of 5 - 100 nm added in an amount of 1 - 10% by weight in relation to up to the amount of ZrSiO4 powder or ZrO2 nanopowder with a particle size of 5 - 100 nm added in an amount of 1 - 10% by weight in relation to the amount of ZrSi04 powder, one additional binder selected from the group: water-soluble poly (vinyl alcohol) or poly (ethylene glycol) or methyl cellulose with a viscosity of 20 - 5000 mPa • s or carboxymethyl cellulose with a viscosity of 20 - 3000 mPa • s or dextrin with a viscosity of 2 0 - 4000 mPa • s or water-dilutable poly (acrylic) polymer dispersion or poly (vinyl) polymer dispersion or poly (urethane) dispersion in the amount of 6% - 15% by volume in relation to the amount of main binder, anti-foam agent in the amount of 0.010 - 0.075% by volume in relation to the number of two binders, wetting agent in the amount of 0.010 - 0.075% by volume in relation to the number of two binders. The solid phase content is 50 - 75% by weight. However, the share of ZrSiO4 powder with different ZrSiO4 particle sizes 5 µm ÷ 70 µm and Al2O3 nanopowder or ZrO2 nanopowder is calculated from the formula where: mp - mass of ZrSiO4 powder with different ZrSiO4 particle sizes 5 µm ÷ 70 µm constituting the matrix and nanopowders, mr - mass aqueous nanocomposite containing colloidal Al2O3 or SiO2 constituting the main binder and additional binder, FL- share of% ZrSiO4 powder and nanopowder in a mixture of various particle sizes of ZrSiO4 constituting the matrix. At the same time, the calculations assume the share of% ZrSiO4 powder and nanopowder, constituting the matrix and mass of the aqueous nanocomposite, containing colloidal Al2O3 or SiO2, which is the main binder.
