Abstract

The method of recovering combustible mass from bottom ash originating essentially from energy furnaces of grate, dust or fluidized boilers fired especially with fossil fuels, municipal, agricultural, animal, industrial or sediment wastes is characterized in that crushed to a grain size below 5 mm, preferably below 2 mm , the bottom ash containing the flammable mass and slag is sieved through a set of several sieves with gradually decreasing mesh size, whereby the oversized sieve with a grain size above 1000 μm, preferably above 800 μm and most preferably above 500 μm is the recovered flammable material on individual screens. The application also includes installations for the recovery of combustible mass from ash, which is characterized in that it contains a multi-screen vibrating screen (10), which has several screens, each with a mesh size in the range from 5000 µm to 500 µm, with the mesh size of the smallest screen being in the range from 1000 to 500 µm and preferably is 800 µm, and moreover it has a hopper connected through a feeder (9) with a fly ash landfill (8) and through another feeder (6) with a hopper of a sub-grain vibrating screen sieve (5) with a mesh size sieves from 5000 µm to 2000 µm, which in turn is filled through the feeder (4) with the crusher hopper (3) whose charge is connected through the feeder (2) with the bottom ash storage (1) and through the feeder (7) with the hopper hopper filling of the vibrating sieve screen (5).
