Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób spektrofotometrycznego oznaczania stężenia poli(chlorku diallilodimetyloamonowego) w roztworach wodnych, do kontroli procesów uzdatniania wody, w którym stosuje się wodny roztwór barwnika Brilliant Yellow. Zarówno roztwory wzorcowe do wyznaczenia krzywej kalibracyjnej jak i próbki do badania przygotowuje się w zamykanych probówkach poprzez zmieszanie porcji analitu z odpowiednią dawką roztworu barwnika. Probówki odstawia się na 24 godziny, wiruje, a następnie w tych samych probówkach dokonuje się pomiarów absorbancji przy długości fali 395 - 405 nm wobec wody destylowanej. Zachowanie proponowanych warunków pomiaru (tj. stężenie barwnika 0,03 mM, stosunek objętościowy PDDA:barwnik 0,33 - 1) umożliwia oznaczenie stężeń PDDA w zakresie od 0,01 do 0,16 mM meru.The subject of the application is a method of spectrophotometric determination of the concentration of poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) in aqueous solutions to control water treatment processes, which uses an aqueous solution of the Brilliant Yellow dye. Both standard solutions for determining the calibration curve and test samples are prepared in sealed tubes by mixing a portion of the analyte with an appropriate dose of dye solution. The tubes are set aside for 24 hours, centrifuged, and then absorbance is measured in the same tubes at a wavelength of 395 - 405 nm against distilled water. Compliance with the proposed measurement conditions (i.e. 0.03 mM dye concentration, PDDA volume ratio: 0.33-1 dye) allows PDDA concentrations to be determined in the range of 0.01 to 0.16 mM mer.
