Abstract
W sposobie zwiększenia sprawności energetycznej w biogazowni zbiornik główny fermentacyjny (1) zasila się pulpą podawaną z komory akceleratora (2), przy czym w akceleratorze (2) utrzymuje się środowisko kwaśne o pH poniżej 5, a korzystnie o pH ok. 4, wspomagając występowanie przemian biochemicznych procesu fermentacji, w szczególności procesy hydrolizy i kwasogenezy, a korzystnie również octanogenezy. Karmienie akceleratora (2) i przekazywanie wsadu w postaci rozdrobnionego mechanicznie materiału roślinnego opartego na kiszonkach, realizuje się za pomocą kosza zalewowego (3) na bieżąco, korzystnie w porcjach, przy czym każda z porcji wsadu ma temperaturę taką samą jak temperatura pulpy w akceleratorze (2). Akcelerator (2) inokuluje się frakcją ciekłą pofermentu, jaką podaje się z głównego zbiornika fermentacyjnego (1), przy czym dwutlenek węgla oraz wodór wydzielające się w akceleratorze (2) podczas przemian biochemicznych procesu fermentacji podaje się za pomocą pompy (4) do zbiornika głównego fermentacyjnego (1). W trakcie karmienia akceleratora (2) porcje wsadu podaje się systematycznie w odstępach parugodzinnych. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także układ do zwiększenia sprawności energetycznej biogazowi.In the method of increasing energy efficiency in a biogas plant, the main fermentation tank (1) is fed with pulp fed from the accelerator chamber (2), while the accelerator (2) maintains an acidic environment with a pH below 5, preferably with a pH of about 4, supporting the occurrence of biochemical transformations of the fermentation process, in particular hydrolysis and acidogenesis processes, and preferably also acetateogenesis. Feeding the accelerator (2) and transferring the charge in the form of mechanically crushed silage-based plant material is carried out by means of a floodplain (3) on a regular basis, preferably in portions, with each portion of the charge having the same temperature as the pulp temperature in the accelerator ( 2). The accelerator (2) is inoculated with the liquid fraction of digestate, which is fed from the main fermentation tank (1), whereby carbon dioxide and hydrogen released in the accelerator (2) during biochemical transformations of the fermentation process are fed by means of a pump (4) to the main tank fermentation tank (1). When feeding the accelerator (2), portions of the charge are given systematically at several hour intervals. The subject of the notification is also a system for increasing biogas energy efficiency.
