Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system połączonych technologii wytwarzania i wykorzystania energii odnawialnej polegający na tym, że biomasę uzyskaną z hodowli alg (D) przekazuje się na stację wytłaczarni olejowej (I), gdzie przez układ filtrów pozyskuje się olej i lipidy, olej, linią (17), przesyła się do dalszej obróbki w celu uzyskania biopaliwa (J), a lipidy przetwarza się w wytwórni (K) na paszę dla zwierząt, pozostałą po tym procesie biomasę, linią (19),oraz biomasę z uzupełniającego wsadu rolniczego (L), linią (20), podaje się do biogazowni (A), powstający w procesie fermentacji beztlenowej biogaz przesyła się do stacji kogeneracyjnej (B), a masę pofermentacyjną przekazuje się do separatora (E), w celu oddzielenia frakcji stałej od frakcji ciekłej, skąd frakcję stałą linią (10) przesyła się do wytwórni peletu/nawozu (F), a frakcję ciekłą linią (9) przesyła się jako pożywkę do stacji hodowli alg (D), natomiast z biogazu spalonego w stacji kogeneracyjnej (B) uzyskuje się energię elektryczną i energię cieplną, energię elektryczną przesyła się linią (2) do stacji transformatorowo - rozdzielczej (C), dalej do sieci energetycznej zewnętrznej (M) i na potrzeby własne stacji produkcji peletu/nawozu (F), spaliny zawierające dwutlenek węgla przesyła się linią (7) do stacji hodowli alg (D), a ciepło powstałe ze spalania biogazu w stacji kogeneracyjnej (B) przesyła się linią (6) do stacji hodowli alg (D).The subject of the invention is a system of combined technologies for the production and use of renewable energy, consisting in the fact that biomass obtained from algae (D) cultivation is transferred to an oil extrusion station (I), where oil and lipids, oil, line (17) are obtained through a filter system , is sent for further processing to obtain biofuel (J), and lipids are processed in the plant (K) for animal feed, the remaining biomass, line (19), and biomass from supplementary agricultural input (L), line (20), fed to the biogas plant (A), the biogas produced in the anaerobic digestion process is sent to a cogeneration station (B), and the digestate is transferred to the separator (E) to separate the solid fraction from the liquid fraction, from where the solid fraction Line (10) is sent to the pellet / fertilizer plant (F), and the liquid fraction by line (9) is sent as nutrient solution to the algal (D) cultivation station, while from biogas burned in cogeneration station (B) electricity and heat are obtained, electricity is transmitted via line (2) to the transformer and distribution station (C), then to the external power network (M) and for the own needs of the pellet / fertilizer production station (F) , the exhaust gas containing carbon dioxide is sent via line (7) to the algae cultivation station (D), and the heat resulting from the biogas combustion in the cogeneration station (B) is transferred via line (6) to the algae cultivation station (D).
