Abstract
Sposób obróbki gazu olejowego, zwłaszcza oparów węglowodorowych z procesu niskotemperaturowej pirolizy odpadów gumowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że gaz olejowy o temperaturze punktu rosy powyżej 200°C chłodzi się trzystopniowo, dla wykroplenia ciężkiej, średniej i lekkiej frakcji surowego oleju, przy użyciu w każdym stopniu innego czynnika chłodniczego, zaś jego nieskroploną pozostałość przetwarza się w gaz opałowy. Ciężką frakcję surowego oleju destyluje się, przy stałej temperaturze w kotle rzutowej próżniowej destylacji prostej, obniżając w nim ciśnienie i łącząc destylat ze średnią frakcją. Lekką i średnią frakcję poddaje się kolejno rzutowej próżniowej rektyfikacji, początkowo podnosząc temperaturę w kotle rektyfikacji pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, a następnie utrzymując w nim temperaturę i obniżając ciśnienie oraz równocześnie odbiera się rektyfikaty.
