Abstract
1. Способ удаления вторичного сероводорода из тяжелых нефтепродуктов, например мазута, включающий ректификацию нефтяного сырья в основной ректификационной колонне, отличающийся тем, что кубовый продукт основной ректификационной колонны охлаждают и подают на десорбцию в отпарную колонну, при этом упомянутый кубовый продукт охлаждают до температуры, не превышающей температуру термостабильности высококипящих сероорганических соединений, за счет чего прекращают образование вторичного сероводорода, а десорбцию сероводорода ведут при этой же температуре, поддерживая давление в отпарной колонне на уровне 0,026-4,0 с подачей десорбирующего агента в количестве 0,8-1,5% от сырья этой колонны. ! 2. Способ удаления вторичного сероводорода по п.1, отличающийся тем, что десорбцию сероводорода в отпарной колонне ведут при температуре не более 260°С. ! 3. Способ удаления вторичного сероводорода по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве десорбирующего агента используют перегретый водяной пар. ! 4. Способ удаления вторичного сероводорода по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве десорбирующего агента используют углеводородный или инертный газы. ! 5. Способ удаления вторичного сероводорода по п.1, отличающийся тем, что верхним продуктом отпарной колонны отводят парогазовую смесь, которую конденсируют с получением конденсатов воды и углеводородов, последний из которых подают в виде рецикла в основную ректификационную колонну, а несконденсированные газы направляют на утилизацию, например на сжигание в печи для подогрева нефтяного сырья. 1. The method of removing secondary hydrogen sulfide according to claim 1, characterized in that the vapor-gas mixture is removed as the top product of the stripping column, which is condensed to produce condensates of water and hydrocarbons, the last of which is recycled to the main distillation column, and non-condensed gases are sent for recycling , for example, burning in a furnace for heating oil.
