Wysokowęglowa mieszanina charakteryzuje się tym, że jest deaminowanym roztworem hydrolizatów z odpadów białkowych poddanych hydrolizie kwasowej, zasadowej, termicznej lub enzymatycznej. Ujawniono również sposób jej otrzymywania oraz zastosowanie do pożywek do hodowli mikroorganizmów przeznaczonych do korekty składu ścieków wysokoazotowych w procesie osadu czynnego.
