Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania monolitycznego zasadowego wyłożenia ogniotrwałego urządzeń cieplnych, zawierającego powyżej 7% C, polega na tym, że przygotowuje się od 3 do 20 mas, każdą z mieszanki o innej zawartości MgO i C, przy czym pierwszą masę przeznaczoną do zainstalowania w urządzeniu cieplnym od strony przestrzeni roboczej przygotowuje się z mieszanki zawierającej 40 - 72% wagowych MgO oraz 28 - 60% wagowych C, a każdą kolejną warstwę z mieszanki zawierającej MgO w ilości większej o 1 - 5% wagowych w stosunku do ilości w mieszance poprzedniej, a jednocześnie proporcjonalnie większej ilości C, aż do ostatniej masy sporządzonej z mieszanki zawierającej 36 - 93% wagowych MgO oraz 7 - 64% wagowych C. Masy układa się w formie lub w szalunek wewnątrz urządzenia cieplnego warstwami o grubości co najmniej 20 mm, zagęszcza się wibracyjnie i poddaje procesowi dojrzewania przez 1 - 10 dni w warunkach wilgotności 50 - 90%, w temperaturze 10 - 90°C, tworząc strukturę z gradientowym rozkładem składu surowcowego na przekroju wyłożenia. W końcowym etapie urządzenie poddaje się rozruchowi.The method of producing a monolithic basic lining of refractory thermal devices, containing more than 7% C, consists in preparing from 3 to 20 masses, each of a mixture with a different MgO and C content, with the first mass to be installed in the thermal device from the side the working space is prepared from a mixture containing 40-72% by weight of MgO and 28-60% by weight of C, and each subsequent layer of the mixture containing MgO in an amount by 1 - 5% by weight in relation to the amount in the previous mix, and at the same time proportionally larger the amount of C, up to the last mass made from a mixture containing 36 - 93% by weight MgO and 7 - 64% by weight C. The masses are laid in a mold or formwork inside the heat device in layers at least 20 mm thick, vibrated and subjected to the process ripening for 1 - 10 days at 50 - 90% humidity, at 10 - 90 ° C, forming p structure with a gradient distribution of raw material composition on the lining cross-section. In the final stage the device is started up.
