Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania fotokatalizatora ze zwietrzeliny haloizytowej do fotokatalitycznego utleniania jonów siarczkowych w uzdrowiskowych ściekach pokąpielowych, polegający na oddzielaniu frakcji minerału haloizytowego zawierającej związki żelazowe, aktywacji roztworem kwasu siarkowego (VI) i ditioninem sodu oraz alkalizacji otrzymanego produktu polega na dodaniu do 5 części wagowych zmielonej frakcji minerału haloizytowego o rozmiarach ziaren 0,05 - 0,01 mm 10 części wagowych 5% wagowych wodnego roztworu bromku heksadecylotrimetyloamonu, mieszaniu i wydzielaniu frakcji zawierającej związki żelazowe za pomocą separatora magnetycznego wytwarzającego pole magnetyczne o natężeniu 2T, a po aktywacji kwasowej produktu haloizytowego do 5 części wagowych fotokatalizatora haloizytowego dodawaniu 5 części roztworu węglanu sodowego o stężeniu 15% wagowych i kondycjonowaniu w reaktorze ultradźwiękowym stosując pole 25 kHz i o mocy 50W przez 30 min.A method of producing a photocatalyst from halloysite scum for photocatalytic oxidation of sulphide ions in post-bath spa wastewater, consisting in separating the fraction of halloysite mineral containing iron compounds, activation with sulfuric acid (VI) solution and sodium dithionite, and alkalizing the resulting product by adding up to 5 parts by weight of the ground mineral fraction halloysite with a grain size of 0.05 - 0.01 mm 10 parts by weight 5% by weight of an aqueous solution of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide, mixing and isolation of the fraction containing iron compounds by means of a magnetic separator generating a magnetic field with an intensity of 2T, and after acid activation of the halloysite product up to 5 parts by weight of a halloysite photocatalyst by adding 5 parts of a 15% by weight sodium carbonate solution and conditioning in an ultrasonic reactor using a 25 kHz field and a power of 50W for 30 min.
